What Is This?

Success Hub is a culmination of everything I’ve learned throughout my journey. It includes my exercise routine, what I eat and why, supplements I take, and other success planning tools I use.

This isn't based on theory, or some research paper slapped together by some lab nerd. This is my no BS guide on EXACTLY what I did to lose over 150 pounds. 

I don't want money to be a limiting factor in you changing your life and so I'm giving this all away, completely for free. No credit card required.

All I ask is that you hit me up with your results / success story. That's enough of a "payment" for me. 

If you execute the play, this time next year you'll be looking at a completely different person in the mirror. I'm living proof that it can be done.

It was inspiring

What I loved about this free training guide was your honesty. I felt that what you wrote was honest and simple, tailored for people like me who do not know from where to start as of yet. I weigh 90kg with 170cm in height. I may have insulin resistance, which maybe is confirmed by the pigmentation on the back of my neck. Reading what you wrote about managing insulin and keeping protein up and intermitent fasting was easier to understand that all that medical mumbo jumbo online. I feel like i can commit to it now by taking baby steps. Although your program was only a template to me. I would need to alter it to fit my own time and circumstances. But that also means i wont quit. So thank you for your encouraging words.
